Simple & cheap diet plans?
FIRST OF ALL, I do NOT mean “diet” as in losing weight. I do not care to lose weight. And I don’t want to see the word “Carbs” in any answers here. I just mean… I want to simplify my refridgerator so nothing gets forgotten & rotten. I was thinking of just stocking up on chicken & zuchini & squash for a month, then something else. I want quick & easy meals to make everyday…healthy too. Quick & Easy = chop up, cook in a fry pan, & eat it. What other plans are there besides chicken & zuchini & squash? (somewhat healthy) ps- meals with no sauces, spices, or condiments
